In business since 1966, we are proud to have served the Portsmouth area for so long. In 2019, Jayne Densmore purchased the shop with the same passion, values, and dedication that built Flowers by Leslie. Since then, we have expanded our retail location in Portsmouth to accommodate design classes, private events, upscale weddings, and a more extensive selection of gifts, including custom gift baskets and wine. We also established a second location 25 miles away in Rochester, NH, further expanding Flowers by Leslie and our delivery capabilities.

We have always made it a point to get involved in our community and engage with our customers on a more personal level by donating our time and resources to local charities, schools, and various other community programs. Being involved and caring about our community allows us to better serve our customers by creating floral designs that perfectly match the expression or emotion they want to convey but are unable to do so with words. This is why flowers are so special; the variety of blooms, colors, shapes, and fragrances all play a part when arranged in a certain way to help express a wide range of feelings. From joy to sorrow to love and gratitude, we are experts in the language of flowers.

Additionally, joining a local buyers group has allowed us to connect with farmers and order all of our flowers directly from those whom we have met in person. This means we have the highest quality flowers and new and exciting varieties, creating a fresh and unbeatable selection for our customers. Thanks to the local organization, Jayne has found a new passion for sourcing, building relationships, and learning more about farm flowers and plants.
